How can I register on Ringspirations.com website?
Please click the Register tab to the left of this page. By clicking on the tab, you will be taken directly to a registration page where you can enter the requested information. Please make sure that you use your email address as your username. This email address will be used to send you your password in the event that you forget it.

What do I do if I forget my password?
Please click on the Login tab to the left of this page. Click on the "Forgot Password" link. When you registered, you should have entered your email address as your  username. Enter your username and click on the retrieve password button. The password will be sent to your e-mail address.

How can I change my password?
To change your password, Login. Click on Profile link. Enter your new password in the new password box. Re-enter new password. Click Update Profile

ORDERING CONTENT?





To successfully complete a ringtone transaction, you must have all of the following:
  1. We must list the carrier for your mobile phone in our carrier list.
  2. Your mobile phone brand and model must be supported.
  3. You must have an active text messaging service.
  4. You must have an active internet service.
*If any of the above is not true for your phone or service, you will not be able to successfully complete a ringtone transaction from this site.

To Purchase A Ringtone
  1. Register/Login - To register click the Register tab to your left.
  2. Select category to your left and listen to music.
  3. Select "Buy" and your carrier will be billed.

Most Commonly Asked Questions:

Will I incur charges other than the price charged for the content (ringtone or graphic) on your site?
Standard Rates May Apply-Additional charges may be applied by your carrier for data messages (text messages, picture messages and internet access) used. This service requires that the purchaser use data messages from your plan to complete a transaction.  If you are unsure about how your carrier charges you for the use of  data, please contact your carrier.
    •     Sprint, AT&T, T-Mobile, Cellular One - Uses 3 text messages and the internet to complete a transaction.
    •     Verizon - Uses 1 text message and 2 picture messages and the internet to complete a transaction.

Will my downloaded ringtone play exactly like the sample?

Ringtone Samples -Playing times of ringtones can vary depending on your model of mobile phone and how many times it rings before your answering service or you answer. We can not guarantee that your phone will play a ringtone to its completion as heard on the website sample.

If I purchase a new phone will I be able to re-download my ringtones to my new phone?    
No.

DOWNLOAD PROBLEMS?





Things to check if you ordered a ringtone and did not get it?
  1.     In your profile, did you list your phone number properly?
  2.     In your profile,did you chose the proper carrier for your mobile phone?
  3.     Is your mobile phone listed as supported in our phone log?  To access phone log click phone log.
  4.     Do you have text messaging services to your phone?  If you are a Verizon subscriber is your picture messaging active?
  5.     Do you have web services  to your phone,  which will allow you to download content from 3rd party sites such as Ringspirations?

I ordered 2 or more ringtones at the same time, but I was unable to get all of them when I tried to download.


The Ringspirations system is set up to complete one transaction at a time.  Once you hit the buy button to order a ringtone, you must download that ringtone before buying another. When you try to complete two transactions at one time, the first transaction is cancelled by the second.

I received the 1st text message and replied with Y, but I did not receive my ringtone


  1. Do your text message replies place your name or some other phrase or quote as a tag? If there are tags attached to your text message please delete them before sending your response.
  2. Sometimes if you do not have a strong signal or  you are out of network when your response is sent, we do not receive your reply or you sometimes may not receive the link to download. Please try responding with Y again.
  3. If you retry replying to Y and you do not receive a response. Please return to site and initiate another. IT IS IMPORTANT THAT YOU HAVE A GOOD SIGNAL TO YOUR PHONE WHEN GOING THROUGH THE DOWNLOAD PROCESS.

I received the 2nd text message and clicked the URL, but my ringtone did not download


  1.     Do you have web service  to your phone that will allow you to download content from 3rd party sites such as Ringspirations?

What should I experience in the process of a transaction


This is the download experience you should have
  1. You will receive a text message
  2. Reply to text message by entering Y and sending
  3. You will receive a second text message with a download link.  (Verizon customers will receive the second message in the form of a pix flix message). When you open this message your phone will give you the option of retrieving the content.
  4. Click the option that your phone gives you
  5. The ringtone will download to your phone
  6. Your phone will give you options as to how you want to treat the content (i.e. save, play...)
  7. You should receive a thank you message
