This is not a subscription service. This is a one time download. "Purchased Media" will be charged to your bill by your carrier.
AT&T Wireless Customers: Prepaid handsets are supported. Limit of $100.00 in purchases of product per month.
T-Mobile Wireless Customers: Prepaid phones are not supported. Limit of $30.00 in purchases of product per month.
Sprint Wireless Customers: No cap on purchases.
Verizon Wireless Customers: Limit of $100.00 in purchases of product per month.
Cellular One: Limit of $50 in purchases of product per month.
When you buy a product or service from Ringspirations.com, we will charge you the price that is advertised at that time. We may periodically change the advertised price at our sole discretion.
You can use any of the following methods of payment at Ringspirations.com
- Pay-by-phone: By making a purchase from Rinspiraions.com that is billed to a cell phone account, you confirm you are the owner of the phone or have permission of the owner to incur these charges.
If you are not the owner of the wireless phone you intend to use for your participation in our services, you should always obtain the permission from the owner before participating. If you are under 18 you should get parental permission and consent.
Problems Receiving Ringtones
If you order a ringtone or other product and have problems, so that you are unable to download it, let us know immediately by filling out our Support Form. If we don't hear from you within seven days, we will assume that you have received the ringtone and everything is fine.

Refund Policy
A refund will be issued if there is a technical issue that results in an inability of the user to receive their content. Such issues may be corrupt files, system errors, or other unforeseen difficulties that may arise.
If you choose a phone or carrier we do not support, if you do not have text messaging and/or Internet enabled on your phone, or if you are not satisfied with the actual product that has been correctly delivered then WE WILL NOT REFUND YOUR MONEY.
Use of the Site
By accepting these Terms and Conditions through your use of the Site, you certify that you are 18 years of age or older. If you are under the age of 18 but at least 13 years of age you may use this Site only under the supervision of a parent or legal guardian who agrees to be bound by these Terms of Use. If you are a parent or legal guardian agreeing to these Terms of Use for the benefit of a child between the ages of 13 and 18, be advised that you are fully responsible for his or her use of this Site, including all financial charges and legal liability that he or she may incur. If you do not agree to (or cannot comply with) any of these terms and conditions, do not use this Site.
