New Artist Submissions

NEW RINGTONE SUBMISSIONS PROCEDURES

Please follow the guidelines below when submitting ringtone material.

1. Print from site and complete the Ringtone Submission Form which is attached in PDF format.
2. Submit all Ringtone samples in MP3 format at 128 kbps.
   1. Please attach a song title to each ringtone submitted.
   2. All samples should be placed on a CD and mailed. (No digital media accepted by email)
3. Submission Fees
   1. Submission Fees are $40.00 (for up to 5 ringtone submitted). Each additional ringtone submitted with the attached form above 5 ringtones is $8.00 per ringtone. All submission fees are non-refundable.
   2. Form of payment: Certified Check or Money Order.
   3. Make payable to: Ringspirations.com
4. Mail Submission Form(s), ringtone samples, and submission fees to:

5. Upon receipt of your material,
   1. You will receive an e-mail correspondence from Ringspirations.com verifying receipt of your submission information.
   2. We will review your samples and send our decision to accept or reject your ringtone material by e-mail within 30 days of receipt.
6. A licensing agreement will be e-mailed to artists, labels or distributors for ringtones accepted by Ringspirations.com.
7. Ringspirations.com reserves the right to decline ringtone material submitted to our office for review.
